Fees
My fee is based on a 55 minute therapy session. My fees range between $130 - $160, according to the service. I will bill your insurance company if it is one that I am paneled with. You will be responsible for your copay and/or deductible, if you have one, at the time of service.
Insurance
I am now accepting the following insurance: Premera Blue Cross, Lifewise, Aetna, First Choice, Kaiser Permanente and Regence.
Other
I am an out of network provider for other insurance companies. I would encourage you to submit my receipt to your insurance company. There are many insurance companies that do reimburse for services, although I cannot guarantee reimbursement. Finally, I also accept cash and credit cards for payment.
